Inside it the sax streaming video player (Harvey Keitel) is shot and loses the lung, forcing him to abandon his musical career. He begins an obsessional romance by having the young actress (Mira Sorvino), which somehow involves a blue copperas sustaining wizardly properties. Despite the cast that likewise includes Kevin Corrigan, Gina Gershon, Mandy Patinkin and Vanessa Redgrave, the film's wandering pace, convoluted plot, & half-baked supernatural overtones doomed it to obscurity.
